10:52pm: Does anyone have any recommendations for art schools or general colleges with a decent art program? I'm thinking of going back to school again either for another degree or a masters, but god damn it, I have no clue where to go. There is far too much out there, though I know I don't want to go to SCAD again. (That includes the Atlanta campus.)

So can anyone point me in a good direction to start?

Btw, I'm in Ohio. Its cold and grey and, like, full of corn*. (I went with my sister to visit Findlay lol)

5:16am: Computer update:

I need to wait for the system restore disks to show up .___.; Apparently the computer can't find my hard drive, even though its properly installed. I have apparently learned XP s mightiest weakness, losing the fucking restore disks! *lol* But the alternative would be vista...and oh god I don't want vista D:

So, the last straw is those disks. If they don't work I'll probably be looking at a new computer.

3:13am: Heads up, my computer died a few weeks back and I'm working on getting it operational again. I have my laptop, but I'm unable to scan new things in. :/ I have super super delayed commish sketches I need to scan, I'll have to see what I can do about that.

In other news, I may quit WoW again soon. I dunno, Playing on Nia is SUPER boring now, I've cleared out all the quests I can solo. (Just group quests left lol) And After playing with my friends on Argent Dawn, I have no desire to continue to solo on my lock :/ Soloing is super boring. Playing with friends is really fun *lol* Esp when you go instancing together.

Uruz-Apfel-Yirkanji (My first character) is the one I transfered, hes now 69 and is far far better geared then Nia is. XD; However hes also far, far poorer (Only 1.3k at 69) and I don't think he'll ever have an epic flyer.

Maybe in the next patch with new quests and dailies I'll be more intrested. I dunno. I'm so bored I'm leveling up FISHING.

4:37pm: Okay, lets try this livejournal thing again.

Basically, for those that don't know...I'm back from my internship at Disney. Back to looking for a job somewhere. T__T; I'm also going to try and do more work this year, like trying to do at least one picture a day. I also have an outstanding commission(s) that I stupidly forgot about and need to finish.

A friend from college moved down to NC the other day, so I've been helping her move. I'll probably be helping her until Sunday. Also my stuff from California finally arrived, so I can get my paper and start finishing up those Christmas gifts. I also finally got my sketchbooks back too!

So, I've got a few things to do. I just need to get my motivation back and a few other things in order. Hopefully I won't be staying at home for too long.

I'll upload some old shit soon, I swear >__< I'm just so lazy about it.

1:05am: Woah, thanks for all your opinions on classes guys :D Its a toss up now between a druid and a warlock.

I'm only leaning more t'wards lock beacuse I've watched Andy play one (Tarshie was the best warlock ever.), but on the other hand...I'd have to play...a human >___<;;; I don't wish to be uncool like Nyu and be a human. (UNCOOL NYU, UNCOOL.) And dear fucking god, I couldn't play a gnome. They are SCARY. Maybe I'll roll druid...or just keep on Hys and grind ram rep and wait for Oni/Nyu to catch up. XD;; What level are you two at now?

A belf warlock would be fun though. :/a Humm...Maybe I should rush Nia to 70 (Though, damnit, I love his character and hes currently having a 'tiff' with Jera.) and start that up..I do have a week at home before I move. I guess I'll see when I get home! Wow is fun, but I certainly havent been going through withdrawl or anything. No...No I'm going through catsby withdrawl. :c My sister tells me hes been moping around the house and just sitting and staring off into space. My sis is jerk and won't give him love or let him on her bed. She says her bed is dogs only. Bah I say!

Its okay, kitsper, mommy will be home on Tuesday! T__T (stfu, I love my cats okay.)

This trip has been....a little stressful. Thankfully though everything is worked out and things are really moving along. Sadly things couldn't work out for Paul :/ I was looking forward to having someone to talk .hack about! Oh well, I hope you find a job somewhere soon Paul! I'll defeintly keep my ears out for you!

I got to go to the LA zoo, which was fun! Its huge with alot of animals, I had fun drawing them. The cages are no where near as big as they are in the NC zoo, but they had alot more variety. I'm in love with Tamarins and Foosa. Tamarins are SO LITTLE AND CUTE OMG, I WANT ONE >___<;;; The wolf exhibit was closed due to construction, not happy, but maybe it'll open while I'm there.

I also did some touristy tour thing of downtown LA to just get an overall view of things. Holy crap, I LOVE the Farmer's market! There is an awesome tea shop there and good desserts! I wasn't too intrested in the whole famous places...Though the La Brea tar pits were awesome and I'd like to go visit the museums over there. There were alot of other cool little shops around too. Though I'm still kinda all 'wtf' over prices over here...srsly, a small little togo cup should NOT cost $2. It is amazing the wide variety of foodshops though! Theres like...a rep of EVERY country. Srs.

The smog sucks. *lol* I never thought I'd be bothered by not seeing clear skies. XD;; I'm probably going to have to watch my face...it tends to break out like nuts under situations like that >_>; Its hilarious beacuse my mom works for EPA (environmental protection agency) in the emmissions department. XD;; She says CA does its own thing and totally dosn't go with the template that all the other states go by.

Also, navigation systems? AWESOME. They are SO handy and helpful! Augh, they've been a life saver on this trip.

Aaand...I think thats all for an update for now. :D; Still go tomarrow and Monday (my flight dosn't leave until midnight on monday). Still got some things to do and figure out...but the hardest part is over! I can actually get some worry free sleep tonight!

3:49am: Okay! Off to CA until Sunday. Hopefully I'll find a place to live!

Also, people on Feathermoon....can you guys suggest any heavy-RP guilds? (That isn't Golden Destiny? They seem to be superawesome, but Nia's character dosn't seem to fit in with their senario XD;; )

I was also thinking of starting a new character so that I could help out/show around Oni and Nyu when (if) they transfer into Feathermoon. I kinda wanted to try a new class (omg, hunter I'm not cheating on you! I still love you bestest!) and its a toss up between Rouge (givin' it another shot), Warlock or Shadow Priest. (If I end up on Alliance I might play a druid. Lol night elf) I have reservations about playing a Shadow Preist only beacuse I really don't want to heal XD;; Even being Shadow spec I'm sure I'll be expected to at least off-heal in some cases. >___>a Also...um...cloth. yeah. I kinda like not folding like a deck of cards when something hits me.

So...any suggestions?

3:32am: Well, been demi busy with moving stuff. Mostly planning things out and getting into contact with movers ect, ect. zackfig has been helping me out lots with my (seminotreally)new computer. Fixin it up and hooking me up with....stuff. Its pretty much ready, I only need to load a few more things and make sure I have all my images and stuff on it. I really do think this one is dying. Or at least the graphics card is. I mean, look at this! *lol* I thought at first they like, made the Thunderheads in the Barrens cooler...but no, thats just my graphics card flipping out. The card IS a hand-me-down from Andy..so..I guess its time for it to go. *lol* The worst part is packing, which I have yet to really start.

I'm so tired of moving T__T;;

Art wise I still seem to be in a funk. I went to a Dr.Sketchy's today...but nothing good really came out. (Then again, I really wasn't sitting in a good chair. Too plush!) But I did manage to win a very cheap bottle of wine for my sister. (Someone else took the rum! Damn them!) We went and saw an Egyptian exhibit at the Art museum, it was really neat but....you chouldn't sketch! Wtf, photography I can understand...but sketching? What, am I gonna draw such an awesome picture that when I show it to people they won't wanna come? Geeze. It sucked cuz' there was a few things I wanted to draw! (Mostly jewlery I coulda stuck on _patches_'s character, Akil.) It wasn't a complete loss, I drew some of the things in the permanent exhibit.

I saw Pirates like...two days ago...and damnit, I really liked it! *lol* I agree with people saying it was too long/had too much crap...but damnit, it was pirates! *coughcappn'jack'sdadwaskindahotcough* Though I'll admit, I think I was staring at the costumes too much to notice anything else XD;

Well, half job. I got the internship with Disney's Think Tank! (Huuuuugeee ass thanks to Zack for pointing me to it!) So I'll get to do concept and idea work for six months! (Its even paid!) :D

I dunno, I should be more excited...and I probably really will be when I get there. But I'm TOTALLY not looking forward to driving cross-country and I'm also not looking forward to finding an apartment.

Speaking of, holy shit, how does anyone live out in California? Savannah, I'm sorry I took your cheap rentz for granted. If anyone can give me some info on Burbank and the surrounding area that be great! The HR lady sent me over some links to online apartment search places, but if anyone knows anything else about the area, please let me know!

Okay. So. I think I found a game that sorta makes me wish I had a PS3.

Its name?

Lair.

Omfg. Its like....God of war on a dragon's back. You can tear off a rhino beasts head...then turn around and throw it at your damned enemies! Wtf! Thats so aweeesseeoommme :D :D The dragon to dragon fights look cool and for once, even the dragon itself is kinda nice! (not overly designed, but pretty hardcore and bestial)

Though all the games that x-play had on their 'summer preview special' were...hmm...how to put it...oh yes, masculine. *lol* Although they had sub-genere's of 'role-playing game' its clear that all of them are first and foremost, first person shooters. Not saying that some of them didn't look awesome, because they really did, but...those kinda games just aren't really my bag. (Also, I know the video game field is mostly male dominated, so please don't point that out to me. *lol*) In my opinion, none of these games look pretty or beautiful. They all look cold and sharp and bland. But thats probably beacuse they're all sci-fi/set in the future games...and I don't find genere all that intresting. *lol!*

If I was still living with Andy/Clive and we had an Xbox (beacuse most of the games are either coming out on Xbox/PC (one or two PS3)) it would definetly be even more awesome. Especially that one game coming out that was made by the Chronicles of Riddick team. (That game was amazing to watch *lol!*) Because they certainly make watching first/third person shooters hilarious.

But in good news, .hack GU 2 is coming out soon, so is Odin Sphere (omfg 2D-painterly like graphics!!) and Dawn of Mana. I also need to get my mits on Shining Force EXA.

Finaly, do any of you guys know anythign about those online videogame rental places? I was thinkin' of joining one...beacuse I prefer to rent games over buying them (its very rare I play a videogame twice). And renting from a store gets to be just as expensive as buying it. Soo...input?

10:11pm: Awesome, Awesome day. Well, technically my day didn't start until like, noon when I heard the doorbell. I went downstairs and saw a package from eto! So I had the cookies that were inside it, a small scattering of wheat thins, a vanilla and strawberry granola bar and green tea for breakfast.

airyuu and zackfig also got me equally awesome surprise stuff. Each of these things really lead up to a great birthday.

Hell even my druggist gave me a gift in the form of a higher dosage of meds! Hoooray pills!

I went to the Angus Barn for a birthday dinner (ate waaaaaaaaaaaay too much) and learned that no one can make a steak as good and as flavorful as my dad. So I will probably never order steak out again. But they did give me balloons (omg, I'm so easily amused) and a small lemon poundcake with strawberries on it.

This birthday felt good this year, even as I sat reading the cards my sister and parents (the boys, my cats too!) got me, it felt nice. Though it was funny my sister ate so much her stomach hurt XD;

When I thought my day was done, I come home to find a chunk of awesomeness on my fl! I wondered how long Paul was gonna let me go without some form of retaliation! Ellos would make the cutest emo girl ever T_T I approve of this gender bender, but only beacuse Paul the best cute girls. How can I not love it D:

Oh and there was an awesome House on tonight with an equally awesome preview for Bones tomarrow! Also Ninja warrior and A man among wolves recorded!

Ah, now to let the food digest...and enjoy some WoW and the Okami piano arrange.

Since D.Grayman is more well known I could do that and I was also thinking Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpuchou (but I don't think alot of people know about that one) and there is Tales of the Abyss and Ouran...


I'm actually a little proud of animazement, they FINALLY fucking banned traced/re-drawn artwork. Ooh, I can't tell you how many times it steamed by buns to see someone re-draw (and use acrylic or airbrushing, scratchboarding, woodburning or whathaveyou) an offical picture and generally make it larger and sell it for huge money. I understand some of that stuff takes work, but if your going to put that much effort into something...then what is so hard about drawing your own image? Geeze.

Anyway, no more of that! Now if they would just allow us to punch the people who come up and ask for hugs...

I also totally pwned level 28-30 elites on Nia, whos only 28. If only I could fucking kill them faster! I'd be able to totally solo Dun'Gorok! :c Well, no. *lol* I also found out that its a little impossible for a 28 hunter to kill a 32 elite XD;;; Ahaha. Ah man, that was fun.
